CUSTOMER INFORMATION
Aurea Brick is an independent online retail brand selling custom brick-compatible historical figures and accessories. Prices are displayed in Australian dollars (AUD).
We ship worldwide. In-stock products are normally prepared for dispatch within 3–5 business days. Custom or made-to-order products follow the production estimate confirmed with the customer before work begins.
Orders are sent using tracked international or domestic delivery. Delivery times vary by destination and are estimates rather than guarantees. International customers are responsible for any local customs duties, taxes or import charges. Please contact us promptly if a delivery address needs to be corrected.
For eligible standard products, contact customer support within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and returned in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping is normally paid by the customer unless the product is faulty, damaged or incorrect.
Custom-made, personalised, discontinued and final-sale products cannot be returned for a change of mind. If an order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with the order details and clear photographs. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method after assessment. These terms do not limit rights available under applicable consumer law.
An order may be cancelled before dispatch or, for custom work, before production begins. Once production or dispatch has started, cancellation may no longer be possible.
We collect information needed to answer enquiries and fulfil orders, such as your name, email address, delivery address and order details. Payment information is processed securely by the selected payment provider; Aurea Brick does not store full card details.
Information is used for customer service, payment, fraud prevention, delivery and legal record-keeping. We do not sell personal information. Data may be shared only with service providers required to operate the store, process payment and deliver orders, or where required by law.
You may contact customer support to request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal information, subject to legal record-keeping requirements.
By placing an order, the customer agrees to the product description, displayed AUD price, applicable delivery charges and these store policies. An order is accepted after payment is confirmed. We may cancel and refund an order if stock is unavailable, pricing is clearly incorrect or fraud is suspected.
Product images show the intended design and finish; small variations may occur in hand-finished or custom elements. Collector products contain small parts and are not intended for young children. Aurea Brick is an independent brand and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the LEGO Group.
